Analysis of Performance Advantages

This crusher is driven by dual motors, which, after deceleration through a coupling and a reducer, drive the rotation of two toothed rollers. The low-speed operation of the toothed rollers ensures smooth and reliable performance. It is a product that has been awarded the "Henan Province Science and Technology Achievement Award."
Utilizing shearing and crushing technology, this crusher essentially eliminates over-crushing phenomena. Its compact size and lightweight design make it suitable for primary, secondary, and tertiary crushing in underground, plant, and open-pit operations.
Intelligence: The crusher features online monitoring of operation and lubrication systems. Embedded sensors enable preemptive decisions before overload protection, alarm, monitoring of equipment operating status, feeding stoppage, and self-recovery functions. It can also measure vibration, bearing temperature, speed, and other information.
The equipment adopts a modular design, with configured crushing disc side comb plates that are interchangeable between the two teeth, enhancing the versatility of the equipment's accessories and reducing daily maintenance costs.
The core component of the equipment, the bearing of the toothed roller shaft, uses large clearance bearings specifically for mining, sourced from SKF, a manufacturer known for its mining machinery-specific bearings with strong anti-vibration and impact resistance, ensuring durability. The lubrication system employs centralized automatic oil supply, reducing worker labor intensity, and is safe, reliable, and convenient.
The crusher is equipped with dual overload protection, a stall protection device, an intelligent control system, and an automatic lubrication system.
Applications and Features

This crusher is powered by an electric motor that, after deceleration by a reducer, drives two toothed rollers to rotate either towards or away from each other. When material enters the crushing chamber through the inlet, the rotating teeth on the two toothed rollers first screen the material. Material that meets the requirements passes through the gaps between the teeth into the discharge chute, while larger chunks of material are crushed by the breaking, shearing, and stretching actions of the teeth on the rollers and are then discharged from the outlet.
It is primarily used for coarse and medium crushing operations in coal preparation plants, open-pit mines, and underground mines. It can also be used for crushing rock materials such as limestone, oil shale, iron ore, gold ore, copper ore, lead-zinc ore, nickel ore, as well as surface soil and ore in open-pit mines.
