On January 12th, a research team from China University of Mining and Technology, led by industry experts such as Li Aimin and Liu Chusheng, followed the excellent performance of the high-performance roller screen at the South Open-pit Coal Mine of Tianchi Energy, a subsidiary of Tebian Electric Apparatus Group in Xinjiang, and visited Zhenyuan Technology Co., Ltd. in the National Xinxiang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Henan Province, to explore the innovative roller screen together.

Seizing this opportunity, the engineers at the provincial enterprise technology center of Zhenyuan Technology, eager for talent and upholding the belief that "science and technology are the primary productive forces," invited Professor Liu Chusheng, a doctoral supervisor and recipient of the State Council Special Allowance from China University of Mining and Technology, to conduct a technical exchange and learning session at the multimedia conference center. As a renowned expert in the field of vibrating screen research in China, Professor Liu Chusheng provided a detailed and vivid explanation on the design philosophy of vibrating screens, the design methods of core components, and the future development direction. He also offered precise calculation methods, resolving long-standing issues that had perplexed vibrating screen design engineers and significantly enhancing the design level of vibrating equipment at the technology center.

Analysis of Performance Advantages

The sieve disc embodies a unique design philosophy equivalent in performance to Germany's HAZEMAG, crafted from wear-resistant alloy steel to withstand various harsh working conditions, ensuring a long lifecycle.It enables power concentration while meeting the prerequisite of self-distribution of power to individual roller shafts, overcoming shutdown failures caused by excessive load on a single shaft.The modular design allows for the flexible addition of roller shafts on a modular basis, catering to diverse production capacity requirements.The entire system adopts a fully enclosed design, meeting the ever-increasing environmental protection demands.

With its low equipment height and smooth, vibration-free operation, it offers advantages over vibrating screens in terms of space utilization and smaller equipment foundation requirements.

Applications and Characteristics

The new roller screen, adopting the design philosophy and structural approach of Germany's HAZEMAG, has completely revolutionized the traditional roller screen's shortcomings such as low production capacity, susceptibility to clogging, and low screening efficiency. It is widely used in the thriving building materials industry (aggregate, high-calcium stone, sand-making, etc.) for material grading and soil removal screening processes. The core component, the sieve disc on the roller shaft, features a large and small curvature arc structure, effectively eliminating industry challenges such as clogging during production.

The arrangement of sieve discs on the screening shaft and between shafts has been thoroughly tested, ensuring rapid material stratification under the premise of smooth material flow, overturning the industry's status quo of low production capacity and screening efficiency of roller screens. The drive method employs high-power motors to drive multiple roller shafts simultaneously, ensuring reasonable self-distribution of power and overcoming the problem of single shaft clogging.
